Lee's is the best fast food chicken in Ohio. There is literally no better fast food restaurant than the Lee's in Nee Carlisle. Period. End of story. The food is always excellent. The customer service is top notch. If my wife and I are within 20 minutes of this one, we will go every time. They will make anything on the menu fresh, every time. I'm been going here for years.

The Lee's in New Carlisle is my favorite Lee's. The food is always so tasty. And the staff, especially Kerri, is so friendly and helpful. It feels like home there. I always get the 2 piece leg & thigh meal. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the biscuits are so yummy. I even asked how they get them so perfect. I'll keep going back for my Sunday meal after church.

I can not express enough how grateful I am for the crew and manager wrkn at the New Carlisle store on the 25th of June! These guys were just great! I had ordered catering (a lot of food at that!) And these guys were on top of it. They were kind, reassuring and the one gentleman even carried and loaded it in my car for me! They didn't leave out a thing! We had condiments napkins silver ware cups and all! Thank you all so much! My daughter's graduation party was perfect and you fed us all! Definitely recommend

In November 2024 my husband and I were both getting over COVID and because of this we could not visit our family for Thanksgiving so we decided to get Lee's to celebrate together. I ran into this store to order and ordered quite a bit of food as we wanted some leftovers for the coming days as we continued to get better. The man who ordered after I did wanted dark meat but was told there would be a wait as my order had taken up the last bit of dark meat; the manager, Keri, who was working the front of the store immediately gave him a discount and apologized for him having to wait but made sure another batch of dark meat was dropped into the friers for him. I was absolutely amazed as someone who works in customer service it can be really hard to find someone who truly cares for customers these days. I just had to commend her right then and there because there are not enough people working in customer service who truly put the customer first. The food was also delicious!

Had ordered online. Went in picked up bags they gave me. Went to car and was missing items. Went back in and picked up remaining items. Wish they would double check orders for pick up.
